Brooke Vincent

Cierra Cierra Brooke BrookeBrooke Vincent, born in Manchester on the 22nd of June 1992. After becoming bored with her dance and swimming classes her mother decided that she was interested in acting aged seven. She signed up for Laine Management. The year 2002 was when she made her debut TV appearance as Casey Glass on the League of Gentleman. In March 2004 Brooke was approached to audition for the role of Sophie Webster in Coronation Street because the previous actor Emma Woodward decided to leave the soap. Brooke was cast in the role, and she made her first appearance on May 12 on the 12th May 2004. Brooke attended Fairfield High School for Girls as well as later going on to pursue a degree in drama at the University of Manchester. Brooke found a job working as a hairdresser during the weekend as well as being a part of Coronation Street role. In 2009's This Morning interview, Brooke said that she was happy with the work on a Saturday but was not allowed to answer calls due to her common voice.
